My experience: Saturday, September 19, 2020

I had a flier that said the first tour starts at 11am, but when we arrived, they said the first tour starts at 12pm that day. Thankfully, there was plenty of shops to browse through while waiting.

We returned about 11:45am, got our ticket from the ticket lady, then waited for the boat. When the boat arrived, each group was seated in a specific section to allow social distancing. Masks were required. It was a bit chilly, so the tour guide offered blankets. He did an excellent job giving the tour. He spoke clearly, loudly, and at a good pace. He knew so much information and he knew it well. He also had good humor. The tour lasted about 40 minutes.

Overall, the tour was great and the people were great. I highly recommend them for a quick tour of the Mystic River north of the drawbridge.
