My experience: When we arrived, the parking lot was already pretty full. We arrived around 2pm on a Tuesday at the end of July. I’m assuming weekends are even more packed. We were able to get parking fairly quickly, though, as people were leaving.

We went to the sunflower field first. The sunflowers were wilting already, as you may see in the picture above, but it was still really nice. Our feet got a little dusty, so wear sneakers if that matters to you. You can buy sunflowers there, but I didn’t figure out where. They were donating 100% of the profits on the sunflowers to the Make-a-Wish Foundation.

We then got ice cream. They have markings for where to keep distance in line. They take credit card (Visa and Mastercard) and cash. They have many flavors, which you can also find online. I got the Chocolate Brownie Batter. It was SO good! I loved the texture of the ice cream! Chocolate, brownie, and ice cream? Win, win, win! I recommend coming!

“You can’t buy happiness, but you can buy ice cream and that is pretty much the same thing.”
